Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes or personal use.

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Services (Feedback), you grant us the right to use that Feedback without restriction or compensation.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOOD START LABS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if required to do so by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
